Q2 printer in Atkins

Some may have noticed erratic behavior the last couple weeks from the Q2 printer in Atkins. When a job is sent to it, it will often get stuck on the "Processing ..." message, with the patron's account being charged for the job. If you shut it down and restart it, it will usually complete the job, but often after a lengthy wait (up to 5 minutes) when there is no indication that it has a job in its queue. I've talked to IT and they say, for now, the restart option is all they can recommend. So, I'm putting up a sign, directing patrons to use Q1 instead of Q2. However, Q2 does work after a fashion, so, feel free to take down the sign if you don't mind dealing with the occasional hassle.
