UPDATE: There is some sort of issue with the online way of linking one’s ID to PaperCut so HUIT still wants people to visit them at the Walk-In Center.
If you receive questions about this at the reference desks you can refer patrons to the Walk-In Center (or website – which does not seem to identify the issue…). The general HUIT contact info. is ithelp@harvard.edu and ext. 5.7777.

Link Crimson Cash to PaperCut
· Visit the PaperCut website.
· In the left hand column select "Link Crimson Cash Number" and follow the directions to link your account.
· If you receive and error that the number already exists or have other issues linking your card, please visit the IT Walk-In Support Center in the basement of the Science Center.
